Security Company's Annual Report Translation into German

At Tomedes, we often deal with customers from the security sector. We found that clients from this sector value our reliability and efficiency. Moreover, because we ensure that all our staff who deals with client documents signs a non-disclosure agreement, security firms are happy to use our services.

For example, one of our regular security clients got in contact with Nadia (a project manager here at Tomedes) to request that their annual report be translated into German for their international colleagues.

As the client had used our services before, he was able to send new documents to Nadia directly – a valued arrangement that allowed him to get a quote for a new translation project as quickly as possible.

Nadia soon returned a comprehensive quotation, which the client was pleased to see reflected our usual exceptional value. The quotation was approved, and a translator who knew the client’s line of work and translation preferences was assigned to the project. 

As the translation was underway, the client realized he wanted to make a small amendment to one of the documents before the translator worked on it. Nadia assured him that this wasn’t a problem, and an updated version was soon sent out to the translator.

Thanks to our high level of availability to respond to client questions, the change to the original document arrived with the translator before he reached the changed part, saving the client time and money!
