English to Arabic Technical Manual Translation

Last week Tomedes was asked to undertake the translation of a technical manual from English to Arabic. This is one of the most common language pairings that we are asked to translate, so we maintain a network of professional English to Arabic translators, who are ready to get to work at short notice. 

For this particular job, industry knowledge of electronics was essential, so we scoured our network until we found the right translator for the job: a trained electrician based in the Algerian city of Alger, who had changed career paths nearly five years previously in order to pursue his passion for translating as a fulltime job. 

The manual was a large document, but our translator made quick work of it, producing the final version within just four days of receiving the assignment. After our usual round of quality assurance checks, the translated manual was presented to the client.
